  • I can't find the Download button for a model. Where is it?
    After successful payment, your model is downloaded to your device forcibly. Your model is available via a link to your email address that you used when purchasing.
  • Model Security
    At BMO we take privacy and security very seriously and do our very best to protect your purchase. Data served from our site is compressed via a lossy algorithm and original files are never publicly exposed. Our team actively monitors and invalidates any unauthorized attempts to access 3D data.
  • Do you accept other payment methods besides Stripe?
    Currently, Stripe is BMO’s only payment processor. Stripe has make a purchase to purchase a BMO via EUR with a credit or debit card.
  • I still haven't received a link to download my model. What can I do?
    Links emails can take some time to fire off to your inbox. If you still haven't received one, and you checked your Spam folder, sign into your account from the top-right corner of this page and reach out to our Product Support team. They can confirm your email address for you. [email protected]
What is a Standard license?
A Standard license means you may use the 3D asset worldwide, on all types of media, for all types of use (whether commercial and non-commercial), in all types of derivative works. Others can do the same, as none of our licenses are exclusive.
Before proceeding with your purchase:
Be sure that you are purchasing the correct model. Be sure that the model is compatible with your software by checking the included file formats. If you're still having trouble, feel free to contact support. The BMO Store is a marketplace exclusively for digital 3D model files.
What should I do if I want a refund?
Please contact Support team (by email: [email protected]) and provide us with the following information: - Order/Invoice ID and product name - The problem encountered (including screenshots) - Software and its version used - File format used After receiving a refund request, BMO commits to process the request within 3 business days. In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
